Around the corner is a tram stop that takes you into the city or out to the archipelago (15 minutes in each direction). Ica Supermarket is one block away. Charmigt hus i sköna Jordfall, nära Gullmaren, med sköna bad och klippor. Fina promenadvägar i området samt närhet till Lysekil ( 9 km ), ca 3-4 mil återfinns smultronställen såsom Nordens Ark, Kungshamn, Fjälbacka, Smögen. Handelsman Flinks på Skaftö, där EvertTaube hade śin vistelse under somrarna, där han bland annat skrev visan "Maj på Malö" En flicka som Taube var förälskad i.

My place is close to the sea and beach, great views. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the proximity of the archipelago. Also it's only 15-20 minutes away from the Gothenburg city centre (in car). Bus stop is around the corner. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). It’s a quiet neighborhood.
