We swapped our lovely Narrowboat on the Grand Union for a cosy, pet friendly chalet for two with a distinct Narrowboat feel. Ideal for surfers and walkers, small, but perfectly formed with all the romance of a live aboard by the seaside. This land locked chalet has everything you could possibly need, tucked away between the Mumbles Cricket Club and the world famous Wales Coastal path. Direct Private access to the Coastal Path nearby, at the top of the road for Guests and Residents.

La Petite Maison

Located just a few minutes away from Mumbles, our lovely little bungalow is the perfect getaway. Light, airy and modern. Restaurants, parks, beaches, shops, bars and lots more close by. A short walk down to Mumbles promenade and onto the seafront. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we have. We are huge dog lovers, so if you have a well behaved pooch please don't leave them behind, they are welcome too! It is gated and fully enclosed, with a private driveway.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dining table with four chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a powerful shower over the bath. The cosy living room has seating for 5 people, a smart television, a docking Bluetooth station and a wood burner.

Open the windows to smell the sea air and hear the sound of waves crashing on the pebbles below. Your ‘home away from home’ is located in St Thomas, close to many amenities in SA1 and Swansea City Centre with convenient links to the magnificent Gower Peninsular and other attractions. The house is modern in decor and is south facing, with stunning views across the Bristol Channel. It is the perfect place to stay for a short break or right through the summer!

We welcome you to our home in a beautiful location, that we would like to share with as many people as possible. Situated on a leafy cul de sac, is a beautifully spacious and well equipped property, perfect for families, couples and groups. We love our property, so much so we have decided to move out to a nearby village and allow others to experience the same pleasures that we have experienced whilst living there.
