På första våningen finns ett fullt utrustat kök med öppen planlösning till vardagsrum med utgång till trädgården. Det finns även ett TV rum och en toalett. På andra våningen finns ett badrum med 1 stor dusch och en separat toalett. 2 stora sovrum, båda med dubbelsängar och utgång till balkong. Bakom huset ligger en lummig trädgård med sittplatser.

Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad.
