Cozy guest cottage backed by woods! 550 sq ft private house with loft bedroom, kitchen and bath (PLEASE NOTE NO FREEZER -only fridge) 30 min from Raleigh, Cary, Apex, and 10 min to Fuquay-Varina with 10 minute access to the 40. High speed wi-fi, smart tv, and complimentary coffee.Street parking-May not be a good fit for people with mobility issues. The front door is 110 steps from the street including a stone pathway down the lawn. Very dark at night-use phone light on path.

Rocky Mount Home with a View

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

Welcome to our cozy one bedroom suite located on first floor and have access to the fenced backyard ,one bedroom and one bathroom , good for 2 guests with queen bed very comfortable that you experienced a good night sleep, bedding get ironed after each laundry and they are odor free, you’ll find a welcoming basket on table and something to cook or just a popcorn for movie, don’t forget share your good ideas in the notebook 😊
