Hey there! Thanks for checking us out. Pipa's Place is a freshly renovated 2 bedroom apartment in close vicinity to Ljubljana's city centre. If it was a person you could describe it as very friendly with a touch of sophistication, with a welcoming soul and modern spirit. The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.

You can park your car for free right next to the entrance, on the private area and use two bicycles to explore Ljubljana. City centre is only 10 min away - via the bicycle road which crossing green Tivoli park. Bus stop is “around the corner“. Very close is Kino Šiška - centre for urban culture. Welcome drink in the fridge is waiting for you...

Cosy Apartment With 180° Mountain to Lake View :)

Cozy apartment is a modern, clean, and incredibly cozy place to stay with a view of beautiful mountains and even a bit of the lake. In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

Nice apartment near the forest

Apartment is near forest where you can take long walks. It has separate entrance, bedroom for 3 persons and sofa bed in living room for 2 persons. Kitchen included. Tourist tax is NOT included (2 EUR per person per night). Pets are allowed for extra 10 EUR per day per each pet. Apartment is suitable for old people and disabled - wheelchair accessible.Available is also baby bed for additional payment 10 Eur per one day. Breakfast is possible per 10 Eur per one person per day.

THE SWAN HOUSE ON THE ROCK

The Swan House is an old family house on the cliff, under the beautiful lake of Zbilje. It is very unique, peaceful place, which is very good situated. The old part of the house is dated 1905. Many books, texts were written here, because the proprietor is very known anthropologist from Slovenija. So, place is good for personal research, reflections, and of course discovering the country. Beautiful view, silence, lake, swans and much more we want to share with you!

We are 10 km from one of the most popular attractions in Slovenia-Postojna cave, Predjama castle and Park of military history. Behind the house there is mountain Nanos - you can hike to the peak for nice views. Slovenian coast & Ljubljana are about 50km away.
