Welcome to our cozy home! It is located in the center of Södermalm, 5 min away from the subway station (medborgarplatsen) and bus st. It is right in the artistic, trendy area of Stockholm, yet located on a very quiet and lush street. I love comfort and being a good airbnb host, and that is what I will offer you. Maximum occupancy allowed: 2 guests No smoking No music after 22:00 No parties No pets I only accept nice, respectful and clean people - and that is also what you will get from me :)

Välkommen till en fin studiolägenhet belägen nära centrala Stockholm med en fantastisk utsikt över Stockholms innerstad. Lägenheten ligger på ett berg. Lägenheten har även en egen ingång. Det tar ungefär 10-15 minuter att ta sig in till centrala Stockholm, med kollektivtrafik via buss, båt eller promenad. A perfect spot to explore Stockholm! This neighborhood is new, safe and quiet, just on verge of the inner city. 15 minutes walk to subway, 10 minutes ride to city. Swim directly below the house from a very nice ponton. Great views from your private balcony. You’ll also have access to the common roof terrace with views of Stockholm.
