The bars and restaurants of Stirchley are a few minutes walk, as are bus and train services to the city. Or, relax in your own canal side area with covered seating. As your host, I've curated the space to reflect Birmingham and the apartment is personally managed, so you will always be in direct contact with me.

It also has an electric charger for EVs - at a small extra cost. The property is designed with sustainability in mind and boosts IR heating and bamboo floors. Located in rural Berkswell, The Annex @ Barn Lodge is 15 mins from the NEC with easy access to road, air & rail networks. A self contained, beautifully presented annex featuring a lounge/kitchen & flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (2 single beds with a 3rd pullout bed upstairs and a single guest bed downstairs). There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.

On our family farm you will have your own space to relax and unwind with beautiful views and sunsets from your spacious patio and garden. You will love our onsite Farm Shop and Nursery, open Tuesday to Saturday along with local walks. We welcome babies but please bring your own equipment. Sorry, we do not allow pets.

The homestay includes a log burner, underfloor heating, microwave, slow cooker, coffee machine & bathroom. There is a dining table which could be used as a workspace, lounge & first floor bedroom.
