Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Wir haben ein kleines aber feines Appartement in einer sehr ruhigen Einheimischen Wohngegend von Oberndorf neu renoviert, und für euch hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet. Ideale Lage zum Schi fahren und Wandern. Das Schigebiet St.Johann, Kitzbühel ist schnell erreichbar. Durch den Separaten Eingang seit ihr vollkommen unabhängig. Auch ein Parkplatz sowie W-lan ist vorhanden. Ideal für 2 Personen mit 1 Schlafzimmer und für 4.Pers. gibt es zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnküche

Zentrale helle Kellerwohnung (kl. Terrasse Sommer)

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft nur 5 Minuten vom Zentrum. Trotzdem liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Die Einzimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im Kellergeschoss, verfügt aber über einen grossen Lichtschacht. Ausgestattet mit separatem Bad mit Dusche/WC, kleiner Küche mit Backofen, Kaffemaschine und Kühlschrank. Ausserdem gemütliches Doppelbett, perfekt für 2 Erwachsene. Der grosse Lichtschacht verfügt über Terassenmöbel. Leider keine Aussicht aber direkt an der Schibushaltestelle.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum der Marktgemeinde Hopfgarten. Die Gondelbahn lässt sich zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichen, der Zentralparkplatz, der Brixentaler Dom und der Bahnhof Berglift sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Appartement ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Aktivitäten, von Skifahren über Rodeln, Wandern, Baden oder einfach zum Entspannen in unserer wunderbaren Bergwelt.

The 150m² holiday apartment is ideal for families who want to holiday in the mountains and in nature together with grandparents, grandchildren or friends. Groups of friends up to 10 people will also be happy about this spacious, modern apartment. Breakfast can be booked next door. With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. Nani's Nest is a home away from home. Our apartment lies in the middle of the Austrian Alps. It offers you a cosy living area, bedroom with walk-in-closet, bathroom with separate toilet and a balcony. Its superb location in the village of Söll makes it easy for you to enjoy all the amenities the village has to offer >> Splendid restaurants, ski schools, ski & bike rental places, gondola station, hiking trails and ski slopes are all within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes.

Ruhige, gemütliche eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.
