A small house in a16th century property totally renovated with 21st century standards and amenities. It was originally created by Jean Haudebourg an engineer of the King of France who was in charge with the"Avignon bridge". In the heart of the village,near a bus stop, a land of 8000m2, at the foot of the historical ST André .Fortress Facing Avignon and its famous bridge, Villeneuve ,a trypical old provencal place,is ,thanks to its history ,gentle way of life and permanent sun , a privileged location ,,the ideal stay in Provence:less than an hour from the Mt Ventoux , The Lubéron ,the Cévennes, les Baux de Provence , the Camargues , the Mediterranean sea, The Gardon Gorge with canoe-kayak, the famous Rhone Valley wine trail and 10 golf courses The maisonnette is provided with the Internet and TV cable, a washing machine, a bathroom with a shower and air con and akitchen with all amenities. Big park inside the property. Guests can be picked up at the TGV station or Avignon Airport. A bus stop for Avignon downtown,a bicycle station, shops and local restaurants at short walking distance. On Thursdays and Saturdays, provencal and wonderful market just near the house.

Petit LOFT neuf style Industriel et Moderne climatisé de 40M2 pour 2 personnes (mais possibilité de coucher 1 enfant sur le canapé d’appoint.) Ce Loft se situe sur un Domaine Viticole au coeur des vignes. Il est attenant à la bastide des propriétaires mais totalement indépendant. L'entrée se fait au nord de la bastide. Accès à la piscine des propriétaires(du 01/07 au 15/09) et au terrain de pétanque tous les jours de 10H JUSQU’À 18H.Le jour de votre arrivée la piscine est accessible jusqu’à 19h.

Le Moulin à Vent c'est avant tout l'histoire d'une famille, d'une transmission. C'est grâce à mes arrières grands-parents que j'ai la chance de vous recevoir dans ce lieu bercé par le chant des oiseaux où les cigales accompagneront votre été... Le gîte est idéalement situé face à la montagne du Lubéron, je vous accueille avec toute ma bienveillance dans un environnement calme où vous serez comme chez vous... je vous souhaite de trouver la sérénité pendant votre séjour.. tout simplement...

Studio indépendant à proximité d'Avignon

Le studio indépendant est une extension de notre maison, il fait 24 m². Vous pouvez garer votre voiture dans notre jardin, un emplacement vous est réservé. Il est équipé d'une TV, ainsi qu'un grand placard pour pouvoir ranger ses affaires. La kitchenette est équipée d'un frigo, d'un micro-ondes, d'une plaque à induction. La salle de bain est petite mais fonctionnelle. Le logement est proche du parc aquatique Wave Island, parc Spirou (10-15 min), de l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (20 min).

Charming and Peaceful house, 5 min from Avignon...

It is a very old little house which was part of the abbey in the Middle Ages. It was the monk ancient independant cell who was in charge of the vegetable garden of the monastery. In order to reach it, you must go through the monumental portal of the monastery in the little street where the workshops of the Chartreuse are located! It is available from April 1st till October 31st (during winter, the guests travel themselves to discover the world with Airbnb. fr of course!)
