The location is just a 6 minutes walk from Agios Onoufrios beach,15 minutes driving from Chania airport,20 minutes driving from the city center and the old town. In driving distance 7-20 minutes there are 6 more sandy beaches. In the next village 3 minutes driving you can find supermarkets bakery and restaurants. Some of the restaurants can also deliver food to the villa without extra charge.

The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.
