Dolphin Cottage by the Beach

Great for a couples getaway or a quiet working space for a business person. Located on a large section that fronts the Esplanade. A 30 second walk down the driveway to Gooches Beach where you can look across the bay to the Kaikoura Mountains, take a dip, kayak or paddleboard. This property shares a driveway with the hosts that live in the property in front. A great walk along the new beachside pathway to the Pier Hotel and town. A cute cosy, comfortable classic cottage with everything you need.

Coco's Cabin

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Coco's Cabin is a small home on the Kaikoura Peninsula with amazing sea views. Watch the moon rise over the water from the comfort of the couch. And get ready for truly spectacular sunrises. If you're lucky you might even spot a humpback whale/ dolphins. A swimming beach is a short walk away, and you can drive to the town centre in 5 minutes. There is a small bedroom with a double bed/ensuite and a loft with an Ecosa sofa bed. There's no tv.

Centrally located on the beautiful Kaikoura Esplanade with the beach and stunning mountain views at the end of the driveway. Just a short walk in either direction along the new beach path takes you either to the Pier Hotel, or past Hiku Restaurant and Encounter Kaikoura Cafe if walking towards the town centre which is approx 15 minutes away. Easy walk to the playground. The Cottage is small but cosy with everything you need, recently renovated, a secluded place to relax and enjoy Kaikoura.

Little Jungle Paradise

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A beautiful private self contained downstairs flat, with private balcony with ocean and Kaikoura views. A nicely themed master bedroom with an ocean & seaside cabin feel includes a great & very comfortable double bed. A small kitchenette and dining area means you can dine if you are looking for a night in, or make an enjoyable breakfast. A new leather sofa gives you quite space to read and relax. Central to town, seals & coastal walks :)

Black Mountain Rukuruku

Black Mountain is situated in the foot hills of the Kaikoura Seaward Ranges and 6km North of the Kaikoura township. The home is designed for short and long term stays, is very private and enjoys a rural aspect. Bedroom, living, dining, bath and deck all enjoy mountain and garden views and it is possible to see the ocean from the surrounds. On arrival you will find freshly some freshly prepared provisions - probably enough for a little breakfast for two on me for your first morning!
