The property received the Governor General of Canada Medal for Excellence in Architecture. Only a few minutes walk to up-scale restaurants, bars, music venues, corner stores, historic waterfront, shopping district, major hospitals, Dalhousie University, Citadel Hill, Halifax Commons, skating oval. We've been living in the adjacent townhouse for 28 years. We're only a knock on the door or a phone call away if you need anything! This is a vibrant yet peaceful, culturally diverse area. It's only a short walk to up-scale restaurants, bars, and music venues. There's also the historic waterfront, a shopping district, Dalhousie University, Citadel Hill, and Halifax Commons. Walking is ideal. One parking space is provided on site (just in front of unit -furthest one left facing Maynard Place) and a public transit stop is down the street.
