We have converted our garage into a peaceful little studio. It is a simple space offering basic amenities & WiFi. The studio has a mezzanine level with a double bed and exposed beams. There is a coffee machine, kettle and small fridge Please note - there is no kitchen at the property so no cooking facilities. The studio is located behind the houses on our street via a private lane. Though there isn’t a private garden, it backs on to public woodland and is a short stroll from the River Frome

The Urban Cabin - Self contained stylish living

Our Urban Cabin is a cosy hideaway very close to the city centre. It's an interesting, self contained living space hosting a very comfortable super kingsize bed with 100% cotton sheets. There is a kitchen, a wet room and an upstairs double bedroom (steep stairs) as well as a bench seating area outside. The garden entrance is separate to the house so you can independently come and go as you please. Located in the heart of vibrant, multicultural Easton, it's the perfect base for exploring Bristol.

A bright attractive annex, in the market town of Thornbury, Bristol. Close to walks, cycling routes and restaurants. The space has its own entrance leading into the self contained annex, comprising of bathroom, kitchen and living/bedroom area. Full size frdge/freezer and combi microwave, plus shared laundry facilities and off street parking. The town centre is just a 15 minute walk and Bristol is a 40 minute drive. Bristol Little House

Welcome to "Bristol Little House". Our private self contained space benefits from it's own private entrance and free street parking so you can come and go as you please. This charming space was newly built in July 2017. Make full use of our kitchen, spacious open living space and en-suite. Take advantage of Sky and Netflix on the flat screen TV and fast Wi-Fi. We are on the otherside of the garden - far enough for you to have your own space but close enough if you want a friendly chat.

Annex 54

A lovely self contained annex in the heart of Warmley, on the outskirts of Bristol and Bath. Both Bristol and Bath within 30 minutes commuting distance. The Annex is split into a bathroom/bedroom/living area. There is a king size bed, 55 inch smart TV, two seater sofa, kettle and fridge. WiFi is available. Well sized bathroom with a bath and over bath shower. Towels and bedding included. On street parking available. Two very friendly dogs who share the garden space outside the annex!

The Lodge

Located in a beautiful rural hamlet on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment this district is designated an AONB. Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

Comfortable cosy flat near Bath and Bristol

The flat is cosy, light and homely. There’s 3 heaters in the annexe for chilly evenings. Tea/coffee/sugar/towels are complimentary. It is around 7miles into Bath/Bristol where there is ample car parking. Bus service to Bath/Bristol are 100yrds of flat. A car is recommended for supplies. Please let us know if your car is large so we can advise parking on our drive. The nearest station is Keynsham which is a 10min drive/30min walk. Tv with Netflix/Amazon prime/sports channels.

Chestnut Barn is a recently converted, high spec barn with air-condition in the quiet, hidden away village of North Stoke. Boasting beautiful panoramic views and sunsets, you will have access to local country pubs and ample countryside walks on your doorstep. North Stoke is on the outskirts of Bath (10-15 mins) and just a 30 minute drive into nearby Bristol City Centre making Chestnut Barn the perfect base for a countryside retreat and sightseeing getaway.
