Park your car in one of our designated parking spots, hang up your keys and enjoy downtown South Haven! This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment can sleep up to 6 guests (all couches fold down and can be used as queen sized beds) and provides you the opportunity for your perfect West Michigan beach town vacation. Located next to the Michigan Theatre and across the street from New Holland Spirits, the apartment is central to the best shops, restaurants and waterfront South Haven has to offer.

Stay in the "Heart of Niles."

This Historic District upstairs apartment is in the heart of downtown Niles. The 19-mile IN+MI River Valley Trail passes 2 blocks west along the St. Joseph River. Within 4 blocks are Wonderland Theatre, restaurants, 2 antique malls, 4 gyms, Veni's chocolates, Swirley's frozen yogurt, retail shops and an outdoor summer concert bandshell. Notre Dame and downtown South Bend are 8 miles/16 mins. to the south. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

Stay in our studio apartment suite with private exterior door entrance. Hosts live in the rest of the house. From the backyard you can fish, kayak/canoe, paddle board, enjoy a bonfire, grill, and relax by the river. There's a king memory foam bed, sleeper sofa, and 49" TV. Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. It's a quick 15 min drive to Notre Dame.

Basement Apartment *conveniently near Shipshewana*

Come stay in our private-access, BASEMENT apartment, while you visit our town of Shipshewana. Our home sits in the middle of 7 acres of woods. We love it here, and we hope you do too! Our goal, as your hosts, is to provide you with a reasonably priced, cozy space, where you feel like you are visiting a friend, not staying at a high end hotel. Small touches set us apart like laundry and light breakfast/snacks provided for stays that include Sundays (coffee is ALWAYS on at this house)

Private entrance to lower level studio apartment which features a kitchen, laundry & private bathroom. We live on the property ,but you will have complete privacy. Amenities Include heat, A/C, cable & wi-fi. Full access to shared yard, boathouse . Use of a fire pit. Use our 2 kayaks or fish off the dock. Walk to quaint downtown Paw Paw with restaurants, bars, breweries and wineries.

Tiny Retro Studio for One Person

TINY studio for ONE. Non-smoking inside & out. Our typical guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day. So mornings might be snowy.

Located in a historic home, this second level apartment is just 2 miles (and less) from Bronson hospital, WMU Med school, Kalamazoo Mall and restaurants such as Bells Brewery. As well as walking distance to K College. Close enough to enjoy all the downtown fun but far enough to also unwind after a long day. Your home away from home 😊 can’t wait to host you!
