On the waterfront you can find few good restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine, also few minutes walking from the apartment. We have a big garden, where you can enjoy in quite atmosphere and summer breeze.

The apartment is set in a beautiful and tranquil bay Parja, about 3,5km outside of town. Steps down to the private deck on the sea. Great location for relaxing, swimming, walking, and cycling. Pine forests, olive trees, blue crystal clear sea, and singing crickets are the treasures of this quiet bay. Being away from the crowds. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Metro stop Ponte Lungo and Train Station Roma Tuscolana to and from Fiumicino. You can reach all tourist destinations in about 15 minutes by metro and Fiumicino Airport in 40 minutes by direct train. Wi-Fi, air-conditioner and all facilities for you holiday in Rome! I am always available for any help or info about Rome and the apartment.
