Enjoy the excitement and art filled 25th street along with other nearby attractions. Madison Place was originally built in 1893. True to its original design, your private apartment boasts ten foot ceilings, period trim and casings, radiant heat along with modern essentials. Large bay windows fill your living room with light. Includes outdoor Ski/storage locker.

This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance. Includes a spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.
