This modern, industrial farmhouse property is minutes from Weber State, hospitals, Ogden's historic downtown, and Frontrunner. 30 minutes from Snowbasin, Powder, Wolf Creek and Nordic Valley. Only 45 minutes to SLC Airport. We offer a great sleep mix with a variety of mattresses and pillows to ensure a wonderful nights rest. The separate entrance is right off the driveway. Come stay in our cozy basement unit! We re did the bedrooms in July 2025! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs
