The Mar y Sol Condo is a family friendly condominium consisting of only 8 units, very private and half a block from a beach public access point. The unit is located on the ground floor which offers convenient access to pool area and assigned parking. It has been newly furnished to have a modern feel, includes internet and cable, must see to appreciate! Great condo on the beach side of South Padre Island available! Booking guest must be 21 or over and stay for trip. This place has a pool available during daylight hours and is perfect for families. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with third sofa bed that pulls out from sleeper sofa. There is an assigned long parking spot that can fit 2 cars. There is a biking /running trail as well as beach access within a couple hundred feet. No more than 6 guests at any time permitted. (2nd floor)

Lovely and Cozy, great location. Ground Floor.

This condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed, two bunk beds in the hall & queen sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances & cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, blender & toaster. Dining area sits 6. This unit is located on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to load/unload suitcases & groceries. Only a few steps to the beach. The best aspect of this condo is its location having a lots of amenities within walking distance.

Beachfront Condo, Pool, Hot Tub!

This gorgeous 3rd floor, beachfront, condo has recently been renovated. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with unbelievable gulf views from the living area and master bedroom. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise. The balcony can be accessed from the living area and the master bedroom. The kitchen has granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, and is completely stocked with everything you need to cook an amazing meal at home. There are 2 pools and a hot tub on site as well!

This beautifully designed 1 bed 1.5 bath condo with picturesque views-of the Ocean & soothing sounds of the waves create the perfect beachfront experience for a couples getaway or family of 4. You forget the adult only hot tub is a building amenity when you’re only 10 feet away. The fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for 6 is the perfect space to gather. The oversized (210 square foot) balcony is perfect to take a nap in our lounge chairs, watch the fireworks or dine al-fresco.

This unique space is right in the entertainment district, close to all the bayside dining and entertainment and just over a block to beach access. Spacious, yet cozy, it's the perfect spot to relax and unwind or hang out on the gorgeous backyard patio and enjoy the flowers and fountain. You won't find another place like this on the island with its eclectic, fun decor and central location. We would love to host you in this space we call home when we're on the island.
