Awesome Beachfront Condo !

8th Floor beachfront 2B/2B condo at Saida IV. There are 3 pools, 4 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard, a pool-side food and bar cabana (seasonal). It's walking distance to shops, restaurants and Schlitterbahn. We have new appliances, flooring, couches, a washer/dryer, and we're granting you access to the owners' closet w/beach chairs, beach toys, tennis rackets, etc. During Spring Break wrist bands are required for people ages 12 - 32; they're $30 +tax/ea. Awesome 3BD/2BA 2nd floor condo, 1/2 block from the beach, with swimming pool and WiFi. The home features large Roku TVs, Ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer inside the unit. Master bedroom has King size bed, BD#2 a Queen size and BD#3 has two twin size beds. And a Sleeper sofa in the living room. New appliances and sitting for 6 in the dining area. A semi-private pool (Not heated and shared by only two other units) awaits you when you come back from the beach.
