The garden room is a delightful, quaint building originally a piggery, It is decorated to the highest standard in a contemporary style and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy your stay. Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.

Cosy Devon Countryside Annex near Jurassic Coast

A cosy self-contained annex for 2 in a small village near Axminster and within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Bridport, Honiton, Sidmouth and beautiful countryside walks. Great village pub 5 minutes walk. Continental breakfast included! The annex has an en-suite shower room, double wardrobe, king size bed and food preparation area. Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. Little Coombe at Bookham Court sleeps 4 + a cot. Enjoy a complimentary Prosecco while relaxing in your private Hot tub or chill out in front of the wood burner after a walk along the Wessex Ridgeway/Hardy Trail. This charming Dorset cottage boasts a modern kitchen & ensuite double & super king bedrooms (or twin). Dogs welcome (£30 payable on arrival). Located right next door to the 'Modiste' Dress shop (Bridgerton), in the building that was styled as Mme Delacroix’s house in the Netflix series, this very spacious Regency property has quite simply the most desirable address! Owned by an artist, this romantic apartment faces the iconic Abbey Green, and has fabulous views of the spectacular 17th-Century Bath Abbey. On the doorstep are the famous Roman Baths, Thermae Spa, and an abundance of elegant townhouses, shops and restaurants.

We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.
