The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. La'l Riggs

La'l Riggs is a former outbuilding we converted in 2025. Surrounded by fields and fells, it's an ideal base for exploring the many beautiful locations within easy reach, including the North Pennines National Landscape, the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. The Eden Valley is primarily walking country, and there's an excellent choice of routes in the area. The village is a 15 minute walk away, and has a bar/restaurant, two cafes and a chippy, as well as a shop for everyday groceries.

Our home and your delightful holiday residence Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy relaxing outside with views across to the fells. Sleep in a very comfortable double-bed, refresh in the en-suite shower and wet-room, utilise the well-equipped kitchen and relax watching TV, listening to the radio, reading or playing games. Like walking or cycling? Use our extensive knowledge of routes, use our boot wash, indoor bike store, bike wash & work station and drying room.

It is situated 1.5 miles from the market town of Kirkby Stephen, where you will find numerous independent shops, cafes pubs and restaurants. Surrounded by the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North Pennines AONB, there are many walks locally and further afield. Dogs Welcome.
