"Chez Denise," Just a short distance to the Beach!

Welcome to "Chez Denise" in beautiful Kitty Hawk, NC, the birthplace of modern aviation. Our family offers a charming 2 bedroom townhouse at "Ocean Winds" set in a residential area. Our decor is a little "touch" of Paris in the spring! 0.4 of a mile from a large beach access.  You could walk or park there and use the public bathhouse. Within a half mile area: restaurants, places of worship, a convenience store, post office and our favorite tackle shop! New kitchen appliances! UV Airscrubber!

Gone Fission OBX: Updated Family Beach Box

Beautifully remodeled historic beach box nestled on a quiet side street in Kill Devil Hills, NC. Old OBX charm with a lovely wrap around porch, featuring a huge chefs kitchen with a 6 burner gas range, double ovens and a large island. Space is decorated with pieces from local artists throughout. Large game room on the first floor features a restored 20' shuffleboard table, pool table, ping pong and dart board for lots of family fun. Walk to the beach, Avalon Pier or Awful Arthurs in 3 minutes.

Park on the right side (stone pad on the right side ) and walk around outside shower on the right side. Walk up the stair and walk right into the brand new apartment. Owner of the house reside in the main house on the other side. We have 2 children but there is a good separation between two spaces for privacy. Family oriented neighborhood, so no Parties and loud music permitted, after 9 p.m.

Great Family Vacation Rental in the Chicahauk neighborhood of Southern Shores. Quite cul-de-sac setting w/ walking path to a Private Beach (400yd to Dolphin Run beach access). Bike Trails abound. Lots of Windows & Screened in porch. Basketball Court for the hoops fanatic. Gas Grill. Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, wagon and 6 bicycles are in the ground Storage Unit. Great for simple bike rides to Duck Village (3-miles) or to Southern Shores restaurants. Flat screen TVs & X-Box 360 w/ 2 controllers.

Little Bali on Avalon, Family & Pet Friendly

Welcome to our little piece of paradise! The unique furniture and personal touches have been imported by ourselves from Bali. We own a shop called Island Attic in Duck, NC, where we sell our finds from around the globe. It is a short walk to the Multi-Use path on Bay Drive where you can walk, bike, run, or skate about 3 miles along the sound towards Kitty Hawk and 2 miles south to the Wright Brothers Monument. Kill Devil Hills has many public beach accesses with parking nearby.

Welcoming beach cottage with a Hot Tub & Firepit, just 1 ½ Blocks to the Beach! Centrally located near Restaurants, Shopping, Fishing Pier and the Beach. Enjoy the great outdoor space - lounging out on the spacious back deck, relaxing in the hot tub, grilling up delicious meals or sipping drinks and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. We supply most everything you should need for fun filled beach days (towels, coolers, toys, etc.) So come enjoy a great beach vacation.

Ocean Front Beach House Kearney Castle

Enjoy a home right on the beach. You can see the ocean from most rooms. Sit on the deck and see your family play on the beach, simmer in the hot tub overlooking the ocean, walk to fish head pier, minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.

Tip Sea, close to beach, shabby chic, clean!

Tip Sea is shabby chic, a 4 minute walk to the beach, and in the heart of OBX, yet on a quieter street. It is an older cottage (including two original bathrooms) but is colorful with beachy decor-a true original beach box. The cottage is within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and a new brewery. Everything needed nearby! Older windows we ask to not open. Note: Linens are NOT provided (bed covers are). MP 9.5

Charming Beach Cottage

This charming cottage located steps from the ocean is loaded with character, originally built to be a diner in 1948 it has been renovated into a charming rental for you to enjoy! This small cottage is 810 sqft, 1 king bedroom and 2 xl twins in bunkroom, 1 queen sofa bed in the sunroom, 1 bath, with an open living, dining, kitchen area. The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!
