Our thoughtfully styled 3 bedroom family home offers a calm, comfortable base in a quiet residential area, ideal for visiting relatives and enjoying time together. Outside is a peaceful, private garden. There’s plenty of parking and we’re just a short walk to Ormskirk town centre and nearby Aughton Park train station.

Downstairs is a large open plan kitchen with separate dining area in the conservatory leading out to a garden. The middle room serves a a snug with fire and a plush velvet sofa. The front room serves as a tv room.

There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.
