The charming brick walls and rustic aesthetics add character to this bright space. Perfect for a couple’s getaway or a solo traveler in town for work. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, local cafes, boutiques, breweries and more. Near Austin Peay State University, Fort Campbell and less than hour from Nashville. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cabin minutes from Interstate 24. Twenty minutes from Clarksville, APSU and nearby Fort Campbell KY to the north and thirty minutes from downtown Nashville and all it has to offer to the south. The quiet woodsy setting and comfortable interior of White Duck provide a restful transition from a day of sightseeing or an exciting football or hockey game. **There is a $50 pet fee** Please include your pet during the booking process.

Nashville Luxury Dream Treehouse +Spa

This beautifully designed and luxurious treehouse sits on a ridge overlooking our creek. With only a 25min drive to downtown Nashville, you are tucked away amidst the towering hardwoods---away from the city noise. With careful attention to detail, the treehouse decor and design is meticulously curated to create an atmosphere of rest and beauty. This space is ideal for a couple, but can sleep four (twin beds in the loft). Parties are not permitted on the premises.

Lighthouse of the Mid-South

Recently remodeled! New second story addition! An Amish built lighthouse that has been furnished and is tucked away in the county but only 15 min from downtown and APSU. The heating and cooling is an in-wall unit as well as a space heater. It's situated on a pond across a foot bridge from the barn. Behind is 4 acres of trees with trails through it that run up to a cattle pasture. There is plenty of space to roam with a play set to entertain the kids.

Piney River Farmhouse

Welcome to our guest house, located on the Piney River in Dickson County. This private, gated home is located only a few miles off of I-40, 10 minutes from downtown Dickson, and 45 minutes from downtown Nashville. This private space is above the garage and features 650 sq ft of livable space, an office area with wifi, as well as a refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and a TV with plenty of cable channels (plus a fire stick for streaming).

Eclectic Getaway with Hot tub and Hiking Trails

The Element; perfect house for a calming getaway. Centrally located but also surrounded by Dunbar Cave State Park. You can access the hiking trails within walking distance of the house. This property frequently has Deer, birds, squirrels, and other animals in the back yard! The house is also Less than 5 miles (less than 10 minutes) to downtown and the F&M bank convention center as well as Clarksville’s best restaurants and breweries.
