A private self-contained lock-up and go guest suite with unrestricted 24/7 access. 2.5 km from Unisa, 10,2 km from Monash University, 12,3 km from University of Johannesburg (UJ) and 16 km from University of the Witwatersrand (Wits). Guests do not have to share any spaces within the home with any members of the household as it is a totally independent unit even though it is situated within the main house. The only shared areas are outside in the garden and at the pool.

Whether you are in Joburg on business, to visit friends and family, or sightseeing. Keep it simple at Willowwild cottage. The space is peaceful and centrally-located only 5,6km away from Sandton city, and the Gautrain, which is about 8 minutes by car. The space is surrounded by a garden paradise, where guests are encouraged to help themselves to our organically grown fruit and veg. Secure parking inside the premises and private access to the cottage.

Lilac Cottage in Melville

Our cottage, with backup Solar and Water Tanks to ensure our guests stay comfortable, is tucked away under a big sweet gum tree. Guarded by our two friendly Chow Chow dogs the cottage looks out on our pool and has its own outside patio and braai area. Inside the cottage is a cozy studio apartment with a kitchenette, study nook with WiFi, a cupboard and a comfortable double bed. The separate modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and soap.
