Apartment has achieved Plum Guide Luxury apartment certificate of excellence It is unique piece in Rome. This apartment has been thought, conceived and designed by one of the most talented interior designers in Rome, Alessandra Danese. Each and every choice in colours, materials and spacing were motivated by an esthetic thread. A mixture of materials of woods, marbles, wall papers and traditional ceramics have been put into place harmonically reflecting both tradition and innovation with one underlying component: warmth and flow. Alessandra believes this to be the primary goal when restoring a house. Each guest will have bathrobes, hairdryer, kit of slippers and selection of soaps. The apartment obviously has wireless internet, flat screen tv, nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The terrace provides relax chairs and umbrella. Rione Monti in Rome's historic center is renowned for its elegance, cleanliness, and authenticity. Unlike many central areas, Monti is also popular with locals, making it a friendly, genuine area. The apartment is walking distance to both line A subway REPUBBLICA and line B subway Cavour. All main busses that take you literally in area of Rome leave from Via Nazionale/Termini area at 5 min walk from the apartment. You could not be more central and strategic. Late check ins after 8 pm 12 am will have an extra fee of 20 euro After 12 am check ins have a fee of 50 euro
