Dear guests, Welcome to our apartment! It's located on a typical Greek neighborhood, 10’ on foot from the city center of Sparta and 7 kilometres from the historical village of Mystras. My family and I live next to this studio, so you can find us easily whenever you want. In our place you can feel our philoxenia, by tasting “Greek coffee" and Greek honey. With a queen size bed 1,60x2,00m, equipment for cooking & a/c. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Please keep in mind that there's no elevator

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο καταπράσινο, ηλιόλουστο κ ήσυχο κτήμα μας. Η απεριόριστη θέαση του στον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο, με τα αξέχαστα ηλιοβασιλέματα θα σας προσφέρει τις απόλυτες διακοπές. Η κάθε λεπτομέρεια των εσωτερικών χώρων, επιμελημένη με αισθητική, λιτή πολυτέλεια θα σας ενθουσιάσει. Μόλις 3´ οδηγώντας από την θάλασσα. Μια ανάσα από τα πιο εύφημα εστιατόρια και beach bar της Μεσσηνίας. Αλλά κ μόλις 15´ οδηγώντας από την πόλη της Καλαμάτας είμαστε η ιδανικότερη επιλογή σας για την διαμονή σας

Παραδοσιακή οικία ξενώνας

Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται μέσα στην καρδιά του Ταϋγέτου. Η κατοικία είναι συνολικά 120τ.μ. διώροφη με δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια με θέα τον Ταΰγετο και το φαράγγι της Ρασίνας, όπως επίσης και μια μεγάλη εξωτερική αυλή. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει η κουζίνα, τον οντά και το καθιστικό με τζάκι. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δύο κλινών και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο τρίων κλινών με τζάκι. Ο κάθε όροφος διαθέτει δικό του μπάνιο. Σας παρέχονται όλες οι ανέσεις για να μαγειρέψετε ή να ψήσετε.

Όμορφη ανακαινισμένη γκαρσονιέρα 40τ.μ σε κεντρικό σημείο στην παραλία Γυθείου δίπλα σε εστιατόρια κ καφετέριες,δίχως φασαρία,με υπέροχη θέα τη νήσο Κρανάη και τον επιβλητικό πύργο της. Απόσταση από κοντινότερη πλαζ 1χλμ,προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Απόσταση από σούπερ μάρκετ 500 μέτρα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι δίχωρο,ευάερο και ευήλιο με μια κρεββατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεββάτι, τουαλέτα και κουζίνα με σαλόνι ενιαίο Υπάρχει άτομο για την διευκόλυνση σας όλο το 24ωρο.

In our lovely big garden, children can find hammocks, play tents as well as paddling pools to play with and sunbeds for the parents to enjoy sunbathing
