Il chiericciolo è una casa di campagna sulle fantastiche colline umbre vicino a Todi e Perugia. La casa ha una vista a 360 gradi su vigne, noci e boschi. La casa è molto grande e accogliente con un bel camino, inoltre è attrezzata con una cucina per divertirsi a cucinare i prodotti tipici locali. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Passare una notte al chiericciolo è un'esperienza unica.

I ristoranti più tipici, la farmacia, la banca cittadina sono a portata di mano per l'ospite perché tutti posizionati nella piazza sottostante l'appartamento. L'alloggio, proprio perché posto in zona centrale, permette ai visitatori di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi tutti i principali monumenti del centro storico (Duomo, torre del Moro, pozzo della Cava, Orvieto underground, etc etc.)
