It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day. The studio apartment next door is separate from the cabin. It is not included

Tiny Home on Center Hill Lake

Our Tiny home sits right on Center Hill Lake at Mine Lick Creek. You can hike, ski, kayak or launch your boat from directly behind the house! Cookeville Boatdock is a short drive away, or a 10 min boat ride will take you to Hurricane Marina…both full service marinas! We are 25 min from I-40 at Baxter exit 280, and Cookeville exit 286. Hike or Kayak up to waterfalls at Burgess Falls, Window Cliff, or any one of the area’s many State Parks! So come out & enjoy a great time with us here on CHL.

Walk to the observation bench at the top of the biggest 50 ft waterfall. Follow the trail behind the falls. Go to Chattanooga, take in the sights and come back for an evening by the outdoor fire ring, or inside fireplace. Pick apples at the local orchard or buy Amish goods from the local farms. We are just across the field from a working dairy farm and less than a mile from the dairy farm store and creamery where you can find fresh meat, eggs, milk, and some of the country’s best hand-dipped ice cream!
