A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

The 76 m2 apartment is part of a school building. It has a private entrance and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a 50m2 living room with kitchen. There is a small patio to sit and enjoy the sun. Distance to centre of Rotterdam by car or public transport: 15 minutes.

Het gastenverblijf van Het Terphuis en is gevestigd in een monumentale boerderij in een landelijke omgeving in Poortugaal. De boerderij is gerestaureerd met behoud van de historische elementen. De Wilgenkamer is geschikt voor 2 personen en voorzien van een tweepersoonsbed, eigen badkamer met douche, wastafel en toilet. De woon- en eetkamer is voorzien van een open haard, koelkast, waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat. Niet geschikt voor minder valide vanwege de steile wenteltrap.
