Many outdoor activities, lots of shopping, and tons of restaurants are located within a 20 min drive.

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, our apartment offers easy access to all the amenities you need—restaurants, shops, etc. Located near stunning mountains, you’re just 15 min. from BYU, 45 min. from Salt Lake, and 30 min. from Fifth Water Hot Springs. Plus, Sundance Ski Resort is only 21 miles away, making this the perfect base for adventure and relaxation. (Please remember that this is a basement apartment that has a small family living upstairs.)

It's very conveniently located, only 0.5 miles from the I-15 freeway entrance and only 5 miles from the Payson UT Temple! This family-friendly space has a full kitchen, a washer/dryer unit, and backyard access. Within a few minutes' drive, you'll have multiple options for food, shopping, and outdoor adventures!

Need extra space for visiting guests or want a spacious, quite and peaceful retreat? We are located in the middle of a quiet, 5-acre property. Two comfy bedrooms, bunkbeds, full kitchen, laundry, jetted tub, spacious living room. (PacknPlay upon request) Fast WiFi. For your four legged kids there is even a dog wash for them, we do limit to only dogs and no more than 2. And did we mention there's a hobbit hole for the kiddos (young and old) to play in?

Come stay in our cozy 2 bedroom basement apartment with three beds and a chaise couch for an extra sleeper. A crib, toddler mattress, high chair, and stroller are available in the unit. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. There is a space for kids to play. The yard is large and is fenced on three sides. The house is near foothills with places to walk, hike, and recreate. There are tenants upstairs and you will hear them moving around.
