On 54acer horse ranch with horses & wildlife at 4900' Summer & winter mountain sports can be enjoyed. Pets & horses with permission. Trails, backroads, groves & sites on surrounding Forest.

Our home has more amenities than any other in the area. It's a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, (3 are suites with private bathrooms) with 8 total beds. We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.

Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower.
