The Penland School of Crafts is 3 miles away and the beauty of the campus can not be beat. We are halfway between Boone and Asheville for all that these two towns offer.

Private deck overlooking the Black Mountains is a great place to peacefully unwind. Private waterfall located in the neighborhood is just 1 mile away, accessible by walking or car.

Escape to a cozy dog friendly private basement apartment only minutes from Blue Ridge Parkway. Enjoy morning coffee on your private patio, unwind in a spacious two-level apartment, and bring your dog along for the adventure. Fully stocked, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly located for hiking, exploring, golfing or doing absolutely nothing. Regrettably the apartment is not child proofed, therefore we can’t accept children under 4.
