Cosy Annexe: Coastal, Rural & Dog-Friendly

The Annexe is in a quiet location, just outside St. Austell town centre, <4 miles from beautiful sandy beaches & the stunning South Coast path. It’s close to walking/cycling routes along old china clay trails too, & not far from The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens Of Heligan, plus famous Harbour villages:- Mevagissey, Charlestown, Fowey & Looe, with their abundance of eateries & artisan craft shops. The North coast isn’t far away either, with its surfing beaches & towns like Padstow & St. Ives .

Periwinkle is a cosy harbourside cottage in Charlestown. It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking directly outside the cottage.

Callywith House was built by the owners in 2019, set beside the River in the woodland village of Trethowel. A tranquil place to kick back and relax with Family and Friends. The beaches of Charlestown, Porthpean, Pentewan and Carlyon Bay are just a ten minute drive away. It's a great location from which to explore the sights of Cornwall. There is even a cycle path in the village which you can take to visit the Eden project. St Austell Train station is 1.6 miles, Newquay Airport is 14 miles .

Palm Tree Cottage

Palm Tree Cottage is located between the historic port of Charlestown and St Austell and backs onto a lovely park in a quiet residential area close to the coast. The south coast beaches of Porthpean, Pentewen, Par and Carlyon Bay are within 10-20 minutes drive. Within walking distance of the cottage is the beautiful harbour village of Charlestown with its bars and restaurants and access to the SW coast path, a large supermarket 5 minutes away and the train and bus stations for local travel.

Swallow Cottage

Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. The nearest beach is within a short drive of 10 minutes. We welcome dogs. (Max 2)

Brecombe Barn is a self catering comfy two bedroom, Cornish stone barn, tucked away in a rural and quiet location close to the market town of St. Austell. Brecombe Barn is within a short driving distance of both north and south coasts and main tourist attractions inc The Lost Gardens of Heligan,The Eden Project and Charlestown. Brecombe Barn is based close to owners property has its own private access, private parking and garden, is not overlooked and has views of surrounding fields.

Great for a romantic getaway or a family holiday. it is situated in a wonderful area within walking distance of the historic village of Charlestown . It is surrounded by beautiful coastal paths which lead to tucked away Cornish coves and beaches. Little Polmear is set within the grounds of the main 1930's house where the owners are available. It has off road parking, and a terrace which boasts green open views across sports fields.
