Wir befinden uns in einem kleinen und ruhigen Dorf im Wipptal 3 km südlich von Sterzing, auf ca. 1000m Meereshöhe . Ca. 90 qm Erdgeschoss: Küche mit angrenzendem Steinkeller, Wohnzimmer, Tages WC. Obergeschoss: 2 Doppelbettschlafzimmer, Abstellraum, Badezimmer (2 Waschbecken, WC, Bidet, Dusche und Badewanne) Garten: Grill, Essgelegenheit und Liegewiese. Benutzung der Waschmaschine nach Absprache. Hochwertige Massivholzeinrichtung. Autoabstellplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The traditionally furnished holiday home “Fichtnhittl” is situated on a farm in Aschbach (Rio Lagundo), a rural area in the mountains near Merano (Meran) and is ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays in the beautiful scenery of South Tyrol. The 74 m² holiday home consists of a living room with a wood fired oven, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with a sofa bed each) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people.

Double Room "Gustav Klimt" The double room "Gustav Klimt" on the first floor offers a view of the beautiful garden. It is elegantly furnished in Art Nouveau style and features a bedroom and a living area with a pull-out couch, satellite TV and minibar. The newly built bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Final cleaning costs of 35 euros to be paid on site and tourist taxes of 1.70 per day per person are not included.

Das Ferienhaus Gann-Greit liegt auf 1300 m.ü.M in Villanders in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage abseits von Straßenlärm und Hektik. Das Haus wurde erst im Frühjahr 2024 fertig gestellt und steht unseren Gästen zur Gänze zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich teilt sich auf 2 Ebenen auf und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Haus mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Dolomiten ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für längere und kürzere Wanderungen.
