NON-SMOKERS ONLY! Located on 2.5 acres of land, this woodsy room rests in a scenic, secluded, and safe neighborhood. Your stay will include birds singing in the morning, crickets chirping at night, and a nice view of the stars. I reside upstairs, but guests will have private access to the advertised room through the garage door. This central property is located less than an hour from D.C., Fredericksburg, Richmond, all major DMV bases, and all major DMV airports.

This ~300 sqft space is one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. It includes a private full bathroom and a walk-in closet. This room has one queen bed with a 14" memory foam mattress, a blue loveseat, a 8000 BTU room AC, a desk/chair, one mini fridge, a microwave, a dresser with a 35" ROKU TV on the top. Two large windows face the front yard (south direction). The xfinity 1G internet/TV serves the entire property.
