The property is located within 3 miles of Alton Towers, yet is set in a beautiful rural location with lovely panoramic views and a delightful garden in which to relax. A very quiet location accessed by means of a single track road. There is plenty of off-road parking and outside seating space to chill and unwind after a hectic day. Latham Hall Farmhouse, Ashbourne

Latham Hall is a large 19th century farmhouse located near the hamlet of Calton on the South West edge of the Peak District National Park, close to Dovedale, Ilam and the Manifold Valley. The possibilities for walking and cycling in this area are magnificent. The farmhouse stands a few hundred yards from the main Leek - Ashbourne road, the A52, so is easily accessible, yet it is also close to many of the main attractions of the area.
