Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Rural, isolated and private, with only the sheep and goats to watch you! Little Oaks, nestles in its own fenced off spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oak trees, well placed in Lincolnshire, but on the borders with Rutland, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire on our small holding, looking out over rolling countryside. Our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

All are welcome at The Magee Garden Room. We have created a calm and relaxing space that is perfect for a get away, for students, or even for work. With free on street parking; private access via key safe; private garden; living space with a smart TV; basic kitchen with a fridge freezer and a shower room, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Enjoy the peaceful sound of the birds along with your morning coffee. We are happy to accommodate you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, set amongst 115 acres of a David Bellamy awarded park in the rural heart of Northamptonshire. The park itself boasts lakes and walks, fishing, outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), a private clubhouse overlooking the lakes along with its own restaurant and live entertainment at the weekends. At the top of the park you can find a well stocked shop, laundrette, hair dressers, cafe, all weather tennis and bowls courts.
