Full basement has 3 bedrooms with flatscreen TV in each room. Approx. 2000 sq. ft. No smoking, no pets. Full bathroom and separate powder room with full-size, stackable washer and dryer. Living room with 70-inch flatscreen TV, surround-sound and electric fireplace. Kitchenette with oven, stove top, microwave, refrigerator, sink and Keurig coffee machine. Ping-pong table, mini-hoop shoot game, DVDs with 4K Blue-Ray player, basketball hoop. Outdoor fire pit. Private entrance with own parking.

Historic Church and School house

Come experience a part of history as you cozy up in the first Mormon church & school in South Salt Lake. Built in 1880 & restored in 2011, enjoy all the old charm with new and high end luxury. Close to I-15/ SLC airport/downtown 25/ SKIING 30/Provo 30 min or less away. FAST WIFI, ROKU, exposed brick and beams, detailed finishes, wood floors, marble shower, down comforter, Galley kitchen with high end appliances. Cozy Country Suite is similar to a large motel room since the bed and seating are all in one room. Along with a coffee bar, mini fridge, and microwave. It is attached to the main house although we do not share a common wall so it is very quiet. There is a private patio and entrance. 5 min to Tooele City, 7 min to Utah Motorsports Campus (UMC), 32 minutes to Salt Lake City, 25 to Airport. Parking is in front in the circle driveway making a short walk to the entrance.

Brand new stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, Crockpot, electric skillet, and coffee maker. Non-stick pots and pans, Corelleware dishes, coffee cups, paper plates, Solo cups, and utensils provided. Coffee, cooking spray and some spices as well. Guests are expected to wash any dishes used.
