The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. kitchen utensils, keurig,& more outdoor grill, pool table & Bar, new comfortable mattresses,& beds for a good-night's rest.Centrally Located in a beautiful neighborhood only a 2.8 miles away from Down Town Gilbert.The pool heater is an additional $40.00 per night. This modern studio has a private entrance, full kitchen with all the cooking basics and a full sized refrigerator and microwave as well as a 3/4 bathroom with a shower (NO Tub). There is a full sized futon as well as a twin sized air mattress if needed. This beautiful studio has an amazing view from the top of the hill and is within walking distance to historical downtown, Restaurants, shopping, and a ton more! *Homeowner lives on site in the house above the studio* *dog must be less than 30lbs
