Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Dear guest. We are offering a beautiful Studio/Apartman 10 meters from the sea. A nice and peaceful place not overcrowded, gives you nice time to relax and enjoy your holiday. Possibility to try and buy local fish from local fishermen near by. Due to Corona pandemic we are cleaning and disinfecting with Kärcher steamer for your safety and also with antibacterial soaps. We were be glad to host you this summer, see you on our beautiful island. Also we have one more apartment available for you.

A Mediterranean style apartment on the ground floor with a spacious terrace and a garden only a couple of meters from the sea. There is a private deck in front of the house. A charming kitchen is well equipped for a relaxing stay. The aparartment has two double bed bedrooms so it can offer an accomodation for 4 people. This modern designed apartment has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms , bathroom and small toilete. There is an individually adjustable air conditioning system in every room as well as a good WiFi connection. The apartment has its own garden and parking slots. My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, possibility to rent a boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and it has a own kitchen. Pet is 7€ per day.

Apartment for four persons has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and sea view balcony. Apartment is in our family house, only 15 minutes light walk to the town center. Famous Zrce beach is 15 minutes away by car (22km) and Zadar is 45 minutes (50km) away by car. Price includes private parking, air-conditioning, bed linen, towels, unlimited WiFi, SAT/TV, cleaning fee and local tourist tax.
