Apartment for 2+1 located in a calm and peaceful area of Novalja yet not far from the centre of town. Suitable for couples, families with children or pets, sporty people and retired people or anyone willing to relax, refresh and renew in the vicinity of the sea. Equipped with kitchen and living room, balcony with a front seaview, bathroom and one double bedroom. The owners live in the same house. Grill and pool areas are shared with guests from other 4 apartments in the house.

Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Apartman za 4 osobe u Novalji, Samorašnji put 17B. Blizu plaže i centra. Potpuno obnovljen 2024.g. Sastoji se od spavaće sobe, dnevne sobe, kuhinje s perilicom suđa, kupaonice, balkona. Ima oko 30 m2, besplatan parking, klima Wi-fi i korištenja roštilja u dvorištu. U spavaćoj sobi je bračni krevet za dvije osobe, a u dnevnoj sobi je trosjed koji se razvuče u ležaj za dvije osobe. Udaljen je od plaže oko 150-200 m, isto toliko do autobusne stanice koji vozi do Zrća. Do centra oko 750 m.

Apartmán sa nachádza na druhom poschodí nového štýlového domu, bez balkóna. Je vzdialený len 50 m od mora. Pozícia je ideálna na kúpanie, či prechádzky po pláži. Apartmán je plne vybavený veľkou kúpelňou a spálňou, v menšej kuchynke však tiež nájdete všetko potrebné. Je priam stvorený pre čas strávený vo dvojici. Aby ste aj pri neskorom príchode boli bez starostí, v apartmáne nájdete v chladničke vodu na osvieženie, kapsule na kávu na prvé ráno a v kúpelni jednorázový sprchový gél.

The apartment is situated in small place Stara Novalja , with a few restorants , coffee bars ,one bakery and grossery shop. Very suitable for family with children. .There is 5 km long lungomare , very pleasant for jogging and walking.Very peacefull , friendly,safe environment and quiet neighbourhood.
