Dedicated workspace. Large sectional sofa and coffee table. Entertainment includes 55 in Smart TV & High speed internet Queen bed & all linens. Also cotton sheets Bath has walk in frameless shower. The Old Welding Shop

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful setting. Close to interstate 77 and 40, this rural farm is rustic elegance. With a library for the family and a vintage-inspired home theater with classic DVD's, you have plenty to do even on rainy days. The bedroom has a king bed, and the main room includes a trundle with two twins and a futon sofa. This 900 sq. ft. guesthouse was the old welding shop from years ago and gives you access to walking trails and the farm burn pit.

Welcome to the Bunkhouse

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this quiet destination on a working ranch/farm. Wake up with cows and donkeys out your back windows. We also are horse friendly and can host your horse over night when they’re traveling with you for an additional fee and coggins. We are 15 minutes from Lake Norman State Park, Statesville and Mooresville.
