Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Recently renovated, restored original wood paneling , new kitchen and bathroom. We are a 5 minute walk down the hill to the beach and Pacific Ocean. We are in walking distance to groceries, dining, and everything the small town of Stinson Beach has to offer. Peekaboo views from the deck of ocean and town. You can hear the waves when the windows are open. This is a rustic spot, both Stinson itself and our apartment. Fiber internet added 2024.

This unique 1960's Bolinas beach house is a spot to truly relax and unwind. Fully updated with a curated mix of vintage and modern furnishings - our cottage has a mid-century design sensibility with luxuries like Coyuchi towels, a chef's kitchen, Scandinavian fireplace, outdoor rain shower, cedar hot tub, and new heated stone loveseat on the upstairs deck.

Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. One-of-a-kind house that is over the Bolinas Lagoon with 180 degree views of the lagoon, beach, and Mt. Tamalpais. The beach is 250 ft away. House is furnished with high end Restoration Hardware and Design Within Reach furniture. Relax on the deck, watch the tide go in-and-out, and marvel at the seals, birds, and wildlife. There is a canoe, 2 stand-up paddle boards, beach towel, fishing rods, and crab pot available for use. And of course fast WiFi for streaming and video calls.
