It is served by banks,shops, up market restaurants and pubs. Surrounded by the Yorkshire Moors it makes an ideal base for exploring the Dales & East coast.

Our self-contained studio apartment has a shower room, store room, well equipped kitchen, superking bed ( Available as 2x3ft. singles if required), a terrace & garden overlooking open countryside with uninterrupted views of the Cleveland Hills & Captain Cook's Monument. It is a 3 min drive/15min walk to the bustling town of Stokesley where there are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, take-aways, a weekly Friday market and a popular Farmers' Market on the 1st Saturday of the month.

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

North Yorkshire Shepherds Hut Great Ayton

Great Ayton TS96HY. The Yorkshireman is situated in a Quiet and restful position close to the hills for walks. Clean and comfortable, the Shepherds Hut is near to Great Ayton, the childhood home of Captain Cook, with lovely tea rooms and friendly villagers. It's a 10 minutes drive is the North Yorkshire Moors gateway which will lead you to Whitby. (Our apologies but with a heavy heart we decided not to allow dogs as it is such a small space and we have to consider other guests allergies 🤧)

Wonderful townhouse in historic foodie town

A great place to stay if you want a perfect base for exploring the NY Moors and beyond. The quirky house was once a printers in the late 1700's and has been restored to create a fun place to stay in the middle of Stokesley. With over 10 bars and pubs and nearly 20 eating places and coffee shops Stokesley has something for everyone. Staying at the Print House will give you tons of day trip options. Explore the moors, the incredible coast line or shop at one of the major centres close by.

A remote relaxing retreat with amazing views.

A cosy shepherds hut on a working hill farm, in the beautiful North York Moors National Park. Simply sit, relax, watch the birds and admire the view or explore the surrounding area. Walk from the hut or one of the local famous walks such as Cleveland Way, Wainstones, Roseberry Topping. Helmsley and Stokesley are lovely little market towns to explore or Whitby and York both within an hours drive. We only have one hut, so there is no sharing of facilities and the area is very private.

Stoney Nook Cottage

Located in central Guisborough, juts 2 minutes walk from the main town and shops, this stunning cottage has everything you need to relax. Beaches within a fifteen minute drive, stunning walks and North Yorkshires famous Roseberry Topping on the door step. The cottage boasts smart TVs throughout with super fast broadband and modern appliances. It hosts a master bedroom and bunk beds in the second bedroom

Riverside Guest Annexe

Riverside guest annexe is in a secluded garden but is within 50m of Waterfall Park and Great Ayton High Green, with its shops, pubs, cafes, take-aways and Tourist Information. The annexe is attached to our house, but has its own entrance, patio, garden area and parking space. We can accommodate 2 adults comfortably, plus a third adult or up to 2 children on our pull-out and/or sofa bed. We provide bedding, towels and toiletries. No smoking or pets are permitted in the annexe.

Get away from it all, unplug and unwind. Maltkiln House Annex is the perfect getaway for two people who love to be in the countryside. You can enjoy uninterrupted views sitting at the bottom of the garden which is your own space. The Annex dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annex straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annex is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast.
