In the evenings you'll catch breathtaking sunsets. SUMMER: the bay is too shallow/weedy to swim, 10min paddle (canoe/kayak provided) gets you to a great swim spot. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.
