E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

The Cowshed Cottage is a lovingly restored Milking parlour with one bedroom, a bathroom & large living area with fully equipped galley kitchen, wifi, sofa that converts to a large double bed, underfloor heating & air con. It retains some of its original features while having every modern convenience. It's little front garden is perfect for your morning coffee. There is numerous attractions including the Hook lighthouse, Dunbrody Famine ship and Tintern Abbey and watersports including Kayaking, Coasteering. Caving and archery. those looking for the nature trails we have Tintern abbey, Forth mountain and Kennedy park it is also a fantastic location for Anglers.

Cosy cow house

The Cosy Cow house is located in a court yard and is part of Moonavaud Holiday Village . There are two other holiday properties in the court yard which include the stables and the Farm Lodge. All have been recently renovated. The farm itself is a working beef farm. The property is close to Dungarvan and Waterford and situated on the the coast. It is Only 2km from the Mo Waterford green way. A 2 minute walk to award winning Stradbally village. Strictly a no smoking policy

Monavaud Lodge-Licenced For Summer 2026

This is the only property in Stradbally that is a member of both Failte ireland and the ISCF. The house is located in the centre of the multi award winning Georgian village of Stradbally very close to the Waterford’s Greenway and along the Copper Coast. Monavaud Lodge is located in a peaceful rural location away from our busy lives, however just a mere 15 minutes drive from Dungarvan town centre where you will find a host of shops and restaurants for all to enjoy.

The Outhouse is located in our garden and guests have use of a private outdoor sitting area and parking . Stradbally village and both village beaches are 5 and 10 minutes walk away. The coastline between Stradbally and Tramore is stunning and unspoilt and the Comeragh Mountains are only a short drive. Access to the Greenway and bike hire is a 10 minute drive. The medieval seaside town of Dungarvan is a 20 minute drive, and the medieval city of Waterford is 35 minutes.
