This stylish, spacious and cosy apartment is situated in the heart of the city. You have literally everything nearby: restaurants, shops, grocery stores,...and most of all: the sea and its wonderful beaches. Only 350 metres to reach the beach bars and other venues on the dike. It is well equiped and convenient: 2 bedrms, walk-in shower, big fridge and stove. The building has 4 stories, apt is on the highest floor, reached by the elevator. There is a TV with Chromecast, WIFI, a very comfy sofa.

Luxurious, modern & warm seaside loft

This is my brand new apartment in Oostende, lies at the seaside with full frontal seaview and direct access to the beach. We are situated on a high floor (under the penthouse) with soundproof windows.The studio is very luminous and bright, with all modern comfort. Oostende has a bustling nightlife, great restaurants, bars/clubs. My house is 100m from the casino, the harbor is around the corner and all the markets/supermarket are very nearby within walking distance. Central station 5 min walk.

Welkom in OstendSun! Dit ruime (80m²) en zonnige hoekappartement heeft alles voor een heerlijke vakantie in Oostende. Door de vele ramen baadt de woonkamer in het licht, met een open zicht in alle richtingen. Perfecte ligging met het grote strand om de hoek (20m) en het centrum vlakbij (casino op 100m). Authentic apartment in the heart of Ostend

Experience the grandeur of Ostend by staying in one of the most beautiful apartments of the interwar period. The residence is the most beautiful example of modernist architecture of the late 1930s. Residence Marie-José is located in the most iconic location of Ostend, right opposite the famous Hotel Du Parc and a few steps from the sea. The iconic corner building from 1939 is a protected monument in exceptionally good condition, which still appeals to the imagination.
