The house is built in 2019 with decent size 4 bedrooms. Good price for small to big family stay. The house and Bedrooms are fully funished with ceiling fans and ducted A/C. Long term stay is available. NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES. Airbnb strictly bans all parties and I don't accept any kind of parties. Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee to the pontoon for views up and down the river, and out to the bay. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.
