The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

Most definitely a grown up's place to kick back and relax, listen to the birds tweeting (not on social media, although wifi is available). A four poster for the romantics, and sun loungers on your private, enclosed deck in case you fall out. All the usual amenities which are too boring to mention here are available, including a dishwasher and for those that can't be bothered to cook, a microwave. Dog friendly (max 2) if your hound(s) won't escape and eat our chickens. Free eggs when available!

This is newly modern cottage conversion with open plan kitchen, living area with log burner. The property has a large shared garden. Rooms comprise of 1 double, bunks beds and bathroom, bath with shower over, WC and basin. Located opposite is storage shed for surfboards, bikes etc.
