The flat is the second floor of an old barn in a village with a brewery, pubs and nice walks along the Trent.

Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire. ‘ The Nook' is a cosy 1 bed holiday cottage, which is set in the village of Laneham, North Nottinghamshire. The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk. Have a walk to the South Common (5min), Boultham Park(15m) or the city centre(25m) and finish your day in front of the fire pit.
